In 2008, Nina played a pivotal role as one of the founders of We Colour People Theatre and Company, an innovative theatre group that pushed boundaries. Within the company, she showcased her talent not only as an actress in productions like "Up, Close and Personal" in 2008 and "Rainbow's Ending" in 2009, but also as a skilled stage manager. Nina's versatility allowed her to contribute to the creative process from multiple perspectives, cementing her position as a valuable asset.

Throughout her career, Nina ventured beyond theatre and delved into the realm of television commercials, expanding her skill set and adapting her talents to different mediums. In 2011, she took on a dual role in "The Expat Wife," assuming a small part while simultaneously excelling as the Stage Manager. This production toured in Singapore and Hong Kong, showcasing Nina's ability to handle diverse responsibilities and deliver outstanding performances.

In 2021, Nina embarked on a new professional journey by joining Anggerik Temasek Bangsawan as an Assistant Producer and Assistant Director for "Dang Anum." Her exceptional work ethic and talent quickly earned her recognition, propelling her to the role of Producer in the 2022 Festival Bangsawan Singapura. This promotion serves as a testament to Nina's exceptional project management skills and unwavering commitment to delivering productions of the highest quality.
