Nur Aisyah Jumadi is an impassioned early childhood educator with over two decades of experience, committed to nurturing child-initiated learning. She ardently believes in cultivating an environment where children can flourish and develop at their own pace, with teachers acting as facilitators who embrace and appreciate each child's individuality.

Her educational journey commenced at AlKhair Mosque Kindergarten, where she acquired a profound understanding of children's developmental growth and the fundamental principles of early childhood education. As her career evolved, she seized opportunities for professional growth, including participating in the Professional Development Programme – Leadership (PDP-L) under ECDA while serving at 7oaks Preschool. This initiative equipped her with the necessary skills to mentor and lead her team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes across various facets of early childhood education.

Nur Aisyah's unwavering dedication to excellence led her to attain SPARK Accreditation for centers, underscoring her steadfast commitment to upholding rigorous standards of quality in educational environments. At 7oaks Preschool, she also held the esteemed position of Head of Atelierista for seven centres before ascending to the role of Principal at one of the centers.

In addition to her professional endeavours, Nur Aisyah is deeply passionate about Malay theatre, particularly Bangsawan. With extensive experience in Bangsawan since her early twenties and a renewed fervour for the art form in recent years, she seamlessly integrates her love for teaching with her theatrical expertise as a trainer, guiding children to excel in stage performances.

In 2023, Nur Aisyah's dedication and mentorship culminated in the successful preparation of a group of children in Bangsawan Cilik, who showcased their talents at the prestigious Bada International Art Festival in Korea, Pohang. This remarkable achievement underscores her ability to inspire and empower young talents, enriching their educational experiences through the transformative power of the arts.
